Committee for Pool Upgrades Needs Volunteers

Dear Walnut Heights Community,

Our beloved Walnut Heights Pool, which has provided countless hours of summer fun, is in need of a facelift.  The County has notified us that the pool shell is degrading on the floor and walls and we need to make a plan for re-plastering.  The work for both pools will cost roughly $100,000.  Unfortunately, the club does not have an extra $100K lying around and we are still paying off the loan taken out to remodel the bathrooms in 2018. So, we are going to need to raise the money to cover the cost.

I am willing to spearhead this effort, but I am going to need help. If you love the Walnut Heights Pool, please volunteer to help with this project.  Once we have assembled our core committee, we'll form a plan and determine our next steps.

Please contact me directly if you are willing to help.  I can be reached by email, phone or text.

Kind regards,
